I'm very new at this! I'm running Windows 95 with IE5 and trying to install 128 bit encryption. I get an error message saying that "This pack requires IE 5.0 or Windows NT4.0 with service pack 4 or 5. Install cancelled." If I already have this version why is it telling me I don't? Help????

Make sure you have downloaded the appropriate 128-bit encryption upgrade patch. There is a difference between the one for IE 5 and IE 5.01. And make sure you don't have IE running when you do the install and disable any virus scanners. Your download may also have been corrupted - try a fresh download of that patch. Download the file to your computer and run the install from where you saved it - do not choose Run... from the download dialog box.
