Security?

Hi, I am not sure which forum I should be Posting this question, I use
Windows Xp Pro and IE6.0 (I installed IE7.0 but it blocked most of the sites
that I use so I uninstalled 7.0 and am back to 6.0)
MyYahoo is my Home Page and when I click on Yahoo mail and try and attach an
attachment, I am unable to do this but if I use another browser (either
Mozilla or Avant), I am able to attach an attachment.
BTW, when I clicked on New (for start a new message) using IE6.0, the
dialogue box didn't open so I had to use Mozilla to Post this message on the
MS message board.
Anyway, I believe that this is a Security issue since I don't remember
anything similar happening before I "played around" with IE7.0 and would
appreciate any help that can be offered so that I can continue using IE.
