I would like a step by step on how to build a group policy that will not let
users have internet access.

Perhaps build a group thats called DENY INTERNET ACCESS and a group policy
of sorts for it. Then I can add users t othat group to deny internet access.

Anyone?? Please advise.

Not an option for Group Policy, however ISA Server can do
this.

I have used a GPO to set up the Content Ratings of Internet explorer that
stops users accessing all sites unless they are allowed to.
My settings are as follows

check the policy setting

User configuaration/
windows settings/
IE Maintance/
Security/

Use the Security Zones and content Ratings part to import content ratings

The slider for Ratings are all towards the left
then I have set some apporved sites

I have also used a password so that anyone who knows the password can access
all websites

hope this helps
