Has anyone here used Centrify DirectControl [1] to integrate Mac OS X
machines into Active Directory and use GPO's to manage the Mac desktops? What
are your thoughts on it if you are?

We've just started testing it, amongst other options, to integrate Mac OS X
desktops into a Windows centric managed service. It works in the Lab (with a
few niggles that Centrify are working on for us). We are deploying some test
machine to users the first week in May.

We like it as it'll allow our support teams, who know the AD and GP
management tools well, to use this knowledge to manage the Mac OS X machines
as well.
