no logon servers available to service the logon request

Dear all.

One of my windows 2000 pro client computer is in a windows 2000 domain, net
work physical linke is all right, have correct ip address and dns servers,
now encounter following problem:
can't access file shares on other machine in the same domain, prompt " no
logon servers available to service the logon request", in the same time,
other machine could access file shares on this machine, and through this
machine, i could set file access rights for domain users.
in application event logs, when this machine startup, there's event id 1000
and 1001, saying "can't get domain controllers name for computer network"
,"can't find script on group policy". in system logs, there's event id 5719,
saying" No Domain Controller is available for domain <domain name>. The
following error occurred:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request."
The condition is not like some documents in microsoft support kb, saying
event id 1000&1001 appear every 5 mins.

Is there any solutions?

This is not a Group Policy question.
You have posted to the incorrect newsgroup.
The misbehaving machine likely is misconfigured to use
DNS servers other than what is hosted on domain control.
