Installing MS_FWC.MSI (Microsoft ISA Firewall Client) via GPO Prob

I have made a GPO which should deployt the package but it does not. I have
followed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/838122/en-us?spid=2108&sid=global
(Install Firewall Client by using Group Policy) and on the test computer I
get an Event id 102, 108 and 1085.

Windows XP? What permissions are there on the share? Do "Authenticated
Users" - or "Domain Computers" (but yet "Authenticated Users" are
better) have sufficient permissions to access the share?
