Auto disable unused/inactive accounts

Is there any setting within group policy that I can add or configure that
would automatically lockout user accounts after a certain period of
inactivity?

I've got a LOT of users and sometimes HR drops the ball and doesn't inform
me of terminations and such. And I'd feel a lot more comfortable if I could
have user accounts disabled automatically after a couple weeks of
inactivity.

This can be done with scripting. Try posting into ADSI newsgroup, the guys
there should be able to help you.
