Security Configuration of MSDTC Component Service via Group Policy

Does anyone know of a way to configure a Computer Policy via a GPO that will
populate the following settings...

Component Services\%machine%\Properties\MSDTC{tab}\Security Configuration
window:
Security Settings: Network DTC Access & Enable XA Transactions
Client and Administration: Allow Remote Clients & Allow Remote Administration
Transaction Manager Communication: Allow Inbound & Allow Outbound
Enable Transaction Internet Protocol (TIP) Transactions

Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
