Hello,

The icon for a linked OU under the GPMC console's Scope tab is showing a
little blue exclamation mark, and I cannot figure out what's causing it. I
ran GP result test, and the report shows that this GPO has been applied.
Where should I look into to fix it?

Other times I saw linked OUs with blue exclamation icons were when the
nested OU has already been covered by the upper level OU. But this one is
not.

Thanks and regards.

The Icon you are referring to indicates that inheritance is blocked.
this means that GPOs applied to OUs above the OU will not flow down to
the objects inside the OU with the blue exclamation mark.

Why? Who says the poster has any subscription with Microsoft? The Forums
haven't got anything to do with a subscription either. Why would the
author want to post anywhere else when the question already was
correctly answered?

Cheers,

Plus, that interface is "horrible".........

Agreed. Do not understand the post by Mervyn. Almost 24 hours had passed
between the time that AJ correctly answered the question and Mervyn's post.
Scratching my head on this (natuerlich habe ich eine Ahnung, warum Mervyn
das schrieb! Sage ich aber nicht!!!)
