Can't delete Tor browser file !

Tried to delete Tor browser software, but the program file Tor.exe
can't be deleted, with the message that it is open or in use.
It isn't ! It's just sitting on my HD taking up about 2 mb. Tried
everything but NG. Any thoughts / ideas ?
