WSDPrintVerify "Printer is not a WSD printer" WLK 1.5

Hi ,

We have implemented a PnPx complaint device with WS-Print support.
The device prints prpoerly in Windows VISTA and Windows 7.

WSDPrintVerify.exe Passess but says "Printer is not a WSD printer".

Please let me know what could be the problem.
Is it mandatory to match namespace prefixes with case in message exchanges
like GetMetadata ?
What are the mandatory norms for messaging, metadata-xchange and discovery.
