It seems I have a hugely bloated installer folder which is using up almost all my hard drive ... can any of these files be deleted? How can I clean this folder? Most files are $NTUninstallKB....$

I have the same problem. 56GB avail and the WINDOWS folder is up to 48GB.

You're not the only one. A lot of people are having this problem. Time for MS to get off the dime and fix it.
