when using windows XP I found a terrific application from Xentient software
which allowed to change the background colour of file names with a
right-click.
I relly miss that feature: unfortunately the same software does not work in
Window Vista or 7, probalby due to the Areo utility.
I encourage Microsoft developers to look into it since I feel that Windows
Explorer is still the best!
