Issue on passing one Data Contract from two Different Services

Hi!

I have a Data Contract A which is used by two services in my solution,
on client side when proxy is written by adding service reference, Data
Contract A is rewritten on both proxies and not inoperable when i try to
assign an instance of to another of same Data Contract it won't let me
do it cause same data contract came from two different namespaces, Is it
possible that data contract should come from single namespace so it will
be inoperable?
