Problem creating service reference

I am trying to create a service reference for a Java web service. The WSDL is
at https://test.revenue.wi.gov/RETRWebService/services/eRETRPort?wsdl When I
try I get warnings, but I cannot figure out what is missing or wrong with the
WSDL.

Should I create my own client proxy from scratch or is there some wrong with
the WSDL that I can fix and then import it.

I am using VS2008.
