Detect user roaming profile updates completion on logout

I have a program which requires notification that the current Roaming profile
User data update to the domain server has been completed.

My attempt at using Winlogon services does not suffice as I only get
notified that logout was started by the roaming profile user.

(Note that after logout is initiated windows initiates Roaming profile User
data updates to the domain server). This is needed to as to prevent
connections to the domain server been disrupted during this process.
