Will WM10 install on Windows Server 2003? If not, is there any ETA for
availability on that platform?

Thanks,

If you haven't installed it yet, DO NOT. It is complicated, hard to use and
I don't know what else to say now. I downloaded it last week and it has
screwed up so many things that automatically use media that it will take me
weeks to get everything back to normal.

What exactly is "hard to use"? Did you help the help file? It basically
walks you through every task you could want to do, plus the you perform the
tasks in the same manor as you did in WMP 9. There are even videos on the
WM Homepage that step you through using it.

to get back to you.

I haven't used it much, but I think it's easy. It's just like WMPlayer 9,
but the buttons are moved around a bit...but not moved around enough to
confuse you.

Thumbs up.

I have XP SP2 installed. Last week I updated Windows Media 10 and
immediately after the install music radio was damaged. The MSN Radio button,
which I pay additional for on MyMSN.com, was inactive and the picture it has
was missing. Then the only way I could turn the music on was the round-about
procedure of running Media 10 and then the multiple steps of getting the
radio running. Basically, it takes me 10 or 15 minutes to get the music
started which previously I only had to click the Radio button. This is
inexcusable.

Sorry to hear about the grief you're having w/WM10 Frank.

I did something similar to you: installed SP2 last week, then WM10
earlier this week. I think WM10 rocks!

I really like it...

The only weirdness I am exeperiencing.... and it is a weirdness...

The slider bar adjusters on the Video Settings "Enhancement" Screen,
although they are present and accounted for, when I try to actually
leave any of them in an adjuseted position, the little bugger pops
right back to the middle, and doesn't change a thing....

All of the other sliders work on the other screens...

So, to Video controls are all borked.

Now it is a major problem. I thought uninstalling and reinstall through
Windows Update might fix the problem but when the update runs it gives the
message it is the wrong version and now I do not have WMP10. This means
there has to be a newer version for SP2 but Windows Update doesn't now that.
Any suggestions?
