Windows 7 and Outlook Web Access 2003 SP2

I have a few clients that have moved to Windows 7. They are able to Connect
remotely using Outlook Web Access to their respective Exchange servers but
are unable to reply or forward mail. There is no prompt to run the needed
Active X control that used to pop up with Windows XP.
