Check the script from Dean Wells and you have to use setpwd.exe from windows
2000:

Hello huangshaohui,

You just have to use the setpwd.exe from 2000, because that is not included
with 2003.

locally : NTDSUTIL
remotely: SETPWD

go to JADONEX.COM and check the ZIP with the scripts. it contains a script
to reset PWD using SETPWD
