Hello -Arjun-,

No, there shouldn't be any issue if you upgrade the server in one site. I
suggest that you install SP2 and latest patches on the 2003 servers also.

Before starting the upgrade check with the support tools dcdaig /v, netdiag
/v and repadmin /showrepl for errors on the DC's. Also do not forget to have
backup in case something fails.
