Hello Raj,

Do you have any errors in the event viewer? Please post them complete here.
This message can point to a corrupt AD database, do you have backup of the
server before the errors start? Why do you shutdown the server every day,
it is made for running not to restart like a normal user workstation?
Did you run dcdiag /v, netdiag /v to check for problems? Please post also
the complete output from the commands here. Do you have an additional DC
running?

Best regards

You may need to do an offline defrag as well, see the following for
instructions on how to do this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/232122
