Laptop running Windows 8 64bit (I think). Attempted to run an update,
but after a very long time get "Update Failed, Reverting System", then
after another very long time it boots and I get "Preparing to Install
Updates",and still another long time "Installing Updates", and then
the failure again and this cycle just keeps on going forever ! The
Laptop came without any System, repair, or utility disks, whatsoever.
Help please and thanks !
