Is there a version still available for Windows 98SE. I found the
debug symbols, but not the debugger itself.

I've used this in the past, but lost it in a hard drive crash.

Appreciate any help.

WinDbg is not officially supported on win98\winme, but it should work on
that platform.
Install it on your windows NT\XP machine, and xcopy the files to your win98
machine.

Huh? Are you talking about using Win98/Me as a host system? Are you
talking about kernel-mode debugging?

WinDbg can be used for application debugging on win98/ME.
win98 can not be a target or a host for kernel debugging. Both machines
must be running NT\2K\XP in order to do kernel debugging.
