When I go to open a file, or save one using the "save as" option, the
files listed in the subsequent dialog box appear to be in a random
order. I remember that there a trick to change it so they would be
sorted the way I choose by default, but I can't remember how to do that.

I'd like them to be sorted by name by default, simliar to how they are
on my old powermac. Right now, I'm almost always right clicking and
choosing "arrange icons->by name" just so I can find the file I want,
or see what version of a file I'm up to if I'm saving multiple versions
with different names.

How do I do that again?
