Deleted Temp Folder-Regretfully

I had a bunch of junk, at least I thought it was junk, in my

What means "I did what I have done on previous occasions" ?
How did you delete the folders / files?
Looks as if the autoexec.bat contains three commandlines like:
del c:\windows\.....\index.dat
Open autoexec.bat with notepad, and remove these lines.
