Win98 + NOD32 = problem

My english isn't good, but I try to explain the problem...
I cant run 'systemNOD32'. When I try to run it I got this alert:

S3G70016.DRV - is a file or module or driver from GPU
I reinstaled it twice with removing home folder of NOD32, I instaled
all actualizations to win98 from MS site, and alsow I instaled
unofficial service pack 2.1b. And it didint help.
I instaled directX (ver. august 07). I dont know what to do. Can you
help me?

CPU: AMD 3200+ Sempron (s. AM2)
Motherboard: Asus m2v-mx with LAN Audio and GPU (Via DeltaChrome)
2 CD-ROMs (one is recorder)
HDD 30 GB
512 RAM DDR2 GOOD RAM 667Mhz (448 - system / 64 - GPU)
FDD
HP LaserJet 1200 (in LAN)
Old display - Samsung Sync Master 550s (CRT)
