Error shell32.dll message

I have Paperport 7.0, and recently we had to reinstall Win
98. Now when trying to launch Paperport, I get the
message "shell32.dll file is linked to missing export
shlwapi.dll:shRegGetusValueA" . Any ideas on where I can
get the missing export driver (this is a driver file,
right?)?

You probably owerwrote shlwapi.dll with an older version.

Try to install IE 5.5 and hope it will solve such problems as it brings
recent versions of many library files.

If your system still has such problems afterwards consider backing up data,
erasing everything and installing from scratch. That's the only way to make
sure you have a clean system.
