When I right click on the "Start" button my OPEN and EXPLORE options are
grayed out. The EXPLORE FROM HERE option only lets me explore the items from
the start menu, no drive letters or directory structure. Any idea on how to
make these option active again?

If you've used TWEAKUI to hide drive letters, the open/explore options for
the start menu will be grayed out. Go to your control panel, run TweakUI,
and under the My Computer tab, make sure all of the drive letters are
checked even if they're not being used.

Go back into TweakUI and, on the My Computer tab, ensure
that *all* drive letters are checked, whether or not they
actually exist.
