I Am Urgently Need Help and Advice with my computer problems recently.....!!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are THREE problems here:

1. My computer frequently crushed during computer application(s) is(are)
running.

2. Perfomance of the computer during game application is extremely slow.
For example, the game 'Star Wars' has becames a 'slow motion' game.

3. There is an application file (named DRXWinSuite.exe) downloading from the
Internet has become
an uninstallable and undeletable file. In addition, this file will be
activated automatically
whenever the computer is turned on. This application file is therefore
running somewhere in the
background of the computer, and it use up significant amount of RAM
memory in turn. Please give
me some clues of how to remove this file permanently from my computer.

RESULTS from Norton Utilities and ScanDisk Checked:

1. Norton WinDoctor: No Problems have been detected.

2. Norton System Check: Hard drive(drive-c) has a disk integrity problem.
Additional message is
'Due to excessive activity on the drive, a scan
could not be completed'.

3. Speed Disk Check: 'Lost Clusters found on drive-C. Run Norton Disk
Doctor to correct'.

4. Norton Disk Doctor Scanned: 'Norton Disk Doctor has restarted 10 times
because Windows or
another program has been writing to this
drive'.

5. ScanDisk Check: 'ScanDisk has restarted 10 times because Windows or
another program has been
writing to this drive. Quitting some running programs
may........'.

6. Defragmenting: Same Message to the ScanDisk check.

As a Conclusion: Lost clusters(integrity problems) have been found on the
computer hard drive,
but Norton Disk Doctor and ScanDisk were not be able to
launch in order to fix
the hard drive problems due to 'unknown' running
program(s).

In fact, there were no any expected running programs in
progress during the
hard drive scanning other than the suspected application
file, DRXWinSuite.exe
that is opened and run automatically (in Problem 3).
