Boot in safe mode. Open the control panel, system, device manager and
remove any entry under Sounds... that has to do with your sound card. Have
the disk containing your sound card driver available so that when you
reboot, you can reinstall your sound card driver.

I am unable to access volume control on my computer and i have done
everything it has said to do and still no good results. Can You Help Me?
