Updated root certificates windows 98 greek or english?

hello i am trying to install some applications (like antivirus) and it is
asking me to have the update of root certificates.
The problem is that not all the pcs are connected to internet and some of
them dont have english windows.
when i use windows update it is only finding this on english windows.

I want to have this update local so the users can run it lets say from a
network path \\servername\share

i am not able to find it so to copy it somewhere local.

Visit Windows Update using Windows 98 to find this download. It updates the
list root certificates on your computer to the latest list that is accepted
by Microsoft as part of the Microsoft Root Certificate Program.

It seems (and may be) that it is the common, language independent
version, at least if not to take into account Japanese and similar
languages: there is no Russian version as well, but no problems with and
after installing it to Win98(SE) RUS.

I installed the link and it allowed me to perform the Norton install.
Unfortunately, there still is a problem with Corp. NAV that I'm trying to
work out with Symantec. I'm sorry it took so long to reply, I was
frantically getting ready for a vacation and now that I'm baking in the sun I
wanted to express my gratitude.
