i have been trying without any success to down load shell32.dll file all
day,
they all say free but as you move along you find it is not free, any
suggestions to get actual "Free" download of shell32.dll ???

There cannot be any legal download of shell32.dll, as it's not redistributable file. What version you want to find (OS version+IE version+language)?
