Outlook Express 6 Issue with Sent Emails

Never had a problem in 10 years until now. Once in awhile now, when I send an email, it is not stored in the Sent folder. Sometimes I shows up later, other times never shows up again. I don't see any other issues with OE6 or other software. There is plenty of memory, etc.
Anyone ever hear about this and have an idea how to fix it?

Nobody here responded, but in case someone else has the same problem....
I ended up renaming the folders.dbx file to save it. New folders.dbx was created automatically and all is back to normal. Except.... I had several archive folders organized under main folders, and now all have been moved to be main folders. Also, the mail rules are still there, but mostly X-ed out and not working. I am slowly re-directing the mail rules to the folders. Once that's done, I'll move the folders back like before.
