I am posting this as a reply to the above post, as well as sending it as
an e-mail to the above 3 e-mail addresses with the intent that they know
that their e-mail address was posted in public for some reason.
The above post originated from IP address 74.72.68.202
(cpe-74-72-68-202.nyc.res.rr.com).
That IP address is listed in 8 blacklists:

Please do not respond or reply to me (98 @ guy.com) because that is not
a functional e-mail address. Instead, if anyone recieving this e-mail
wishes to discuss this further, please do so by posting a reply to the
usenet newsgroup (microsoft.public.win98.internet.outlookexpress) where
these abusive posts are being posted.
I would suggest that RoadRunner suspend the account of broadband
subscriber currently assigned the IP address 74.72.68.202 or inform them
that they either (a) are in violation of their TOS by making these
posts, or (b) they have a computer that is infected with a virus or
trojan.
I would suggest that Google suspend the account of ntimken58 @ gmail.com
or block that account from being able to post messages to usenet
newsgroups.
