I"m running win 98se, In sound recorder when I try to record a new wav.sound
file through the microphone the program says there is already a program
recording, close that one and the try again, when I use audio wizard tuning
in msn, the speaker test is ok, but when I click next for microphone an error
comes up saying the mic you have selected is either not working or it is
being used by another program, I've tested the microphone on other devices
and it works fine, could it be my modem I'm using? the sound card it self
needs upgrading? how do I know if I have full duplex and would that stop me
from having audio conversations?.

When I do try to connect through audio in msn messenger, it says, my
computer or my isp or the network I'm on does not support audio conversation.

Any help be appreciated. =)

Does Msn Messenger on Win98SE even support audio calling?

Regardless though if your question is Messenger related you are probably
better asking in one of the Messenger specific forums -- rather than this
one (which is specifically for NetMeeting).
