This happened with several installers for the 10 version, which
apparently has a bug when "upgrading".
You might want to check operaprefs_default.ini (usually C:\Program
Files\Opera) AND check/search the registry to see if it is properly
configured.
First/best workaround: Try un-installing [after saving your bookmarks
and other personals to another folder], completely remove all old
versions and folders, and re-install rather than upgrade.
Second workaround: go directly to the opera.exe and start from there.
If it works, create a shortcut and put that in your menu or on the desktop.

Ah, right, forgot that work-around. Seems the links [and at times
other] aren't updated properly. You might want to put that and my other
work-arounds over on Opera in your "My Opera" or other forum help, "just
in case".

Okay, you might put the msimg32.dll issue and fix along with it since
that still occurs.
It worked just fine for me using the _Classic Installer_ (which I've
been using since a long while - I hate auto installs)
