Moving picture in e-mail

Hello,

I have W98 SE, IE6 and OE6

I can drag and drop a picture in Word but when I try to do it in my
e-mail it does not work although I have the cross with the four arrows
with which to do it. It merely drags a lined box but when I release it
nothing happens.

I appreciate that I can move it by centering, and right and left
aligning. Also, I can increase or decrease its size.

Is it possible to move it by dragging or am I asking too much?

One has to code the positioning of the image in OE using HTML. Try View |
Source Edit and then click on the source tab to get at the HTML.
