Can't see all options!!

I seem to be having a problem with changing my color
options. I tried to go in through Control Panel, Display,
colors, but I can't seem to go down and apply the
changes. My display is too large and I have tried to make
is smaller or move it up and high as possible to as to see
the options on the bottom, but I can't seem to be able to
change this. Somebody please help. computer challenged. I
know that the apply options are down there, but since I
had someone work on my computer for some problems I can't
seem to view this or correct it anymore. Please help.

Press Enter after making the change. It's the same as clicking OK. You
might have to press Tab to advance the cursor to the OK button which you
can't see because it's off the bottom of the screen.
