Deleted spreadsheet s- recovery needed

I need to recover a deleted file that has been deleted and
removed from 'Recycle Bin' There are no backups of these
files, another problem is that I do not know the exact
file name, but have rough idea. Is this possible and how?

First, STOP USING YOUR PC! Your swap file may have already overwritten
the 'graveyard' of the deleted file. Once this happens, the only way to
get the file back is to use extremely expensive file recovery techniques
that involve ripping the hard drive into tiny pieces and running the
pieces through complex machines.

Do not write anything to the disk that contains the deleted file.

There are a bunch of utilities to recover deleted files.

Don't Worry! You can recover deleted spreadsheet very easily. I also suffered the same problem. I found software for the resolution. You can download from here.
