A note keeps coming up under the Iexplore icon saying "Iexplore has caused
and error in KERNEL32.DLL. I explore will now close. But it does not close
and I can't close it. I must powerdown and start from scratch to eliminate
the window. It won't let me shutdown. Scan disk does not correct this.
The Microsoft articles on this subject does not help me. Help please.
Thanks.

Thanks for trying, Steven. But this does not help me. My message is not in
the errors list. Russ55

Well, are you going to tell us what the error is? Just saying iexplore has caused an error in kernel32.dll is not enough information. What error? invalid page fault, stack fault?

When you get an "illegal operation" error message, click the "Details" button, and post back with the exact details word for word, up to but not including the memory registers.
