While loading a program an eror message (conagent.exe)
shows that "APPS.INF file is missing. Copy APPS.INF to
Windows INF file from Windows setup disk.

I do have not been able to find the APPS.INF file on any
Win'98 disk. Can anyone help?

Hi,
You wouldn't copy it, you would extract it to the C:\windows\inf folder. See this page for details on extracting single system files from the Win98 CD or cab files:
