Cannot Drag Drop Copy or Paste

I have fixed this a long time ago, but I cannot remember how. Windows was
reloaded due to another unrelated problem with IE, then this happened.

Any one got any clues. MS support has nothing on it.

Try and download the OLE32 update from the windows 95 download page
