When I turned on my computer i get a message saying
"A Reguired .DLL File,C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHELL32.DLL, was
not found" The only thing i can click is OK then i get a
message "Error Loading Explorer.exe You must reinstall
Windows. The computer was given to me and i don't have
the Win95 discs

you have lost a very important driver.
you have to reinstall windows or you can download that
driver from here.
