SUWIN General Protection Fault module SETUPX.DLL ???

No consultation to general troubleshooting articles is recquired.
These SUWIN errors are 100% hardware related.

"SUWIN.EXE is the 16-bit "Setup Windows" installer program that
does its best to detect your hardware and copy driver files to your
hard drive to boot into 32-bit mode."

See some reports of actions that solved the problem:

turning off the turbo
remove the "COAST" 256 cache [you mnay desable it in BIOS]
swapped the (2) 8MB SIMMS
video memory
switched out the motherboard
replaced the processor
changed the SIMMS

If the easier actions of the above do not work, may be you will need
a diagnostic tool. I use checkit for Dos an Wincheckit in Windows 95.
