On re-installing windows 95 system.ini file has been
corrupted. How can I find a new copy of this file?

In what way is it corrupted?
Can you open it with Notepad to see?
You may have backup copies which may be nearly the same as the current
system.ini in C:\Windows under names like system.bak, system.cb etc.
and about 1-2Kb in size (not system.dat or system.da0)
Look at the most recent one of these and rename it to system.ini if
satisfied.
