I've been getting fatal exception. I've even fdisked my drive and
reinstalled everything from scratch. It is:
A fatal exception OE has occured at 014F:BFF9A3C0

When I hit a key I get:

A fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:C022DBBD in VxD VDD (09)
+00000021.

Can anyone give me any pointers?

If you have a win95 or win95a (non OSR2) version of windows in an MMX
system, look at:
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q156/4/92.asp

In general, the most common fault on systems that makes random fatal
excption errors is a faulty RAM.

Becky;
If I am not mistaken the OE is a Video error. You might want
to run a diagnostic on your Video RAM. If it is bad then replace the card
and the problem should go away.
