The patch is to correct a problem with fast processors (or with win95's
inability to cope with them) - over 350Mhz. I suggest you slow down the
processor to below this threshold which will allow win95 to install.
Then get the patch - then speed up the cpu.

You may have to lower the clock speed to sucessfully
install win95 OS , then run the patch and boost the clock
speed back to normal.
