I am having trouble with accessing My Computer after I installed the
drivers for the Intel LX chipset on my OSR2 machine. I think it is
unable to access the CD drive. The machine boots up to Windows just
fine but when I try accessing MY Computer it freezes. Any ideas how to
correct this problem? Thank you for any advice on this subject.

Boot in safe mode and remove the devices that could be causing the problem.
When Windows reboots new device drivers will be installed.

Thank you, I found that by rem-ing out the CD-Rom driver in
autoexec.bat and config.sys solved my original problem. But I would
like to be able to boot into Command prompt only and have the CD-Rom
drive accessable as well.

You should not have drivers for these devices in your standard CONFIG.SYS
and AUTOEXEC.BAT. See here for details on how to configure the machine so
that you can reboot in DOS mode with these devices available.
