ddl file in Epson c-84 driver

Greetings,
I'm looking for the file EAL.16L.Dll. It's needed in order
to install the latest Epson C-84 printer driver
(epson10821.exe). It's not on my machine and from what I
can tell it's not on the epson CD rither, nor is it in the
download package.
If any one knows where I can find this file, please send
it to me or inform me as to where I can download it.

Are you sure you correctly keyboarded the file name for this?
EAL.16L.DLL is a very unusual name. Two dots/"decimal points" are
unusual in file names for Windows 9x systems.

exact, entire message?
