I can't see any other post in this new group. Even though I have been
assures that at least one other person has replied via this group. Is my OE
broken? Can other people "see" more than the three posts that I can with
Outlook Express? Please reply to both me and the group if you would be so
kind.

It is a newsgroup, not a new group. (In fact it is a very old
newsgroup).
I see only your post "Is this newgroup active?", Tim Slattery's reply
and your reply to him, but then I only keep old messages for a couple
of weeks (using Agent, not OE)

As Tim pointed out, this newsgroup is not particularly active, being
for Win95 MSDOS applications, so there may not be many answers to any
questions.

Hi Alan,
It was a typo I'm afraid, sorry about that. I suspected that it
wasn't a new-group, just dropped a 's' when typing in the subject line. I
both received and can see all your posts in OE, it is most refreshing to
know that it IS all working okay. I like to use "legacy" operating systems
including Win 3.1 which will fit into this group by merit that it is patched
to run on top of Windows '95 DOS7 instead of the normal 6.22. I like
command-line tools especially for pure DOS OS. I think it's a great tool
even today. I always use it to boot and prep a new hard-drive ready for a
new Windows installation (any version). I have found programs like
pqmagict.exe (free [unsupported] older DOS version of Partition Magic (ver.
4.01.65 ) to be invaluable tools in this area. Tanks again for replying to
both places. I can see all the posts in the group now.
